Vendor Information

LWood Solutions is excited to host the Central NC Wedding Expo at Milltown Farm in Erwin, NC on May 13th, 2023.. Milltown Farm is a short drive from Raleigh, Fayetteville, Sanford, Durham, and I-95. We look forward to hosting Brides, their Friends, and Families from all over the region at this Expo. The Expo will start at 10 am and run until 5 pm. Vendor set-up begins at 7:00 am and all Vednors must be on site and registered before 8:30 am.  Given how unique the grounds are at Milltown Farm we have a variety of Vendor Set-up/Spots to offer.

Indoor- Electricity Provided

The Indoor spaces will be located in 2 separate buildings, all of “The Hall” spaces will be located inside the main barn. “The Suite” and “The Bar” spaces will be located in the smaller barn located towards the back of the grounds. We will provide tables and chairs for all Indoor spaces but you are responsible for Linens. These spaces will have a close proximity “Drop Zone” and low-use electrical outlets are provided.

The Hall- $150 - 20 Available

This arrangement is perfect for Wedding Related Vendors looking to put their services on display in a climate-controlled setting. These spacious spots include a 6-foot table and two chairs, ready for you to come in with your linens and displays for you to make the best impression possible. Located in the main Expo Hall these spots will see optimal foot traffic. 

The Suite- $200 - 2 Available

This is another amazing arrangement for Wedding Related Vendors who need more space. This spot includes 2 rooms one larger main room where items can be displayed and a private dressing or consulting room. The large room can fit 2 6-foot tables (provided) and features a large private double barn door where expo goers may enter. This would be the perfect space for a Dress or Coordinating Vendor.

The Bar- $200 - 1 Available

This spot is perfect for a Caterter, Cake, or Bartending Vendor. This built-in Bar Space has everything you need to show off your skills, complete with a Refrigerator, Sink, and Prep area. One 6-foot table outside of the Bar will also be provided. 

Outdoor- Electricity Not Provided

All of our Outdoor spaces are located in the central portion of the Grounds with close to mid-proximity “Drop Zones”. 

The Covered Space- $100 - 6 Available

This is a perfect space for Vendors of all kinds to have a space that is covered and in heavy foot traffic. This space will fit a 6-foot table with display space on both sides. (this offering does not include a Table or Chairs)

The Blank Canvas- $60 - 30 Available

Get creative with a 10X10-foot space ready to allow your creativity to flow on the lawns of Milltown Farms. This space is ready for you to get creative using your own tables, chairs, tent, and displays.

The Blank Canvas Plus- $85 - 15 Available

Get creative with a 10X20-foot space ready to allow your creativity to flow on the lawns of Milltown Farms. This space is ready for you to get creative using your own tables, chairs, tent, and displays.

Food Truck- $130 - 3 Available

Expo goers will be hungry while checking out all the great things the Central NC Wedding Expo has to offer. Bring out your Food Truck and take part of this event. (Used Cooking Oil Disposal will be available on site)
